Hi I have sourced wheel arch panels for below the doors mk4 smiley cab I wonder if anyone makes the front part (bottom of wing ) to save changing the whole wing panel ? I don't want to replace the whole wing it only has a small bit of rust .

Yes they are available, a quick search online should get you to them, I’ve seen them listed on eBay before.

Central panels on eBay - I have bought some myself, £24 incl p&p.

Check the inner wing before you start. A little bit of rust end up as shown in the pic, attached, of mine. Check up around the shocker turrets as well.
All fixable if you can mig weld.
