Hi all im new to this forum im looking for somwhere in the northeast around newcastle area where i can find a dealer who sells ex bt transit vans.my business has out grown my citreon berlingo and i need something bigger and already equipt with ladder racks and shelving which the ex bt vans would be ideal.
can anyone help please.

You can get the mk6's (if that what you're after) direct from BT. If you have a local depot phone them up and ask for the fleet department

thanks for that yes i do have a depot near me i will be ringing on monday see what they have to say and not sure what you meant by (if that what you're after) a mk6 are these ones ok or is that telling me something i should think abt any advice would be handy to know.

Well when you said ex BT I wasn't sure if you meant something direct from BT (1 previous owner) that they've just taken out of service, they will all be white mk6. Or there's plenty of ex BT grey mk5's about with 2 or more previous owners, though quite a few won't have all their original racking etc

Search on ebay/auto trader for ex BT to get an idea

ive got a Mk6 Ex BT roof rack if you want it, shoud you not find what your looking for.
free if you pick up...lol

otherwise it goes to the local scrapper.

hey first what a great forum this is ive never met so many nice people on a forum and so helpful.
1 yes ok i understand now it will be a mk6 im after as i do want one what BT is getting rid of now and in white. and 2 thanks for the offer for the roof rack i will keep you posted next week see what happens when i ring BT on monday.

bt fleet sales 01217807400 give em a ring and they will email you a list of all vehicles for sale in each depot countrywide . really helpful they come with reg number price mileage etc . be sure to stipulate commercials or cars .
