Tourneo dpf and adblue

I've had my 2018 tourneo for 2 years and when I first got it every now and again the ad blue malfunction would come on and turn off only occasionally fine to drive etc last month I had the turbo go and got it recovered to garage who fixed it however I now have had 3 times since that a exhaust filter full drive to clean then get to exceeded then spanner comes in exactly at this point the adblue malfunction comes on. It's been 3 times cleaned dpf and codes reset etc and last time was 2 weeks ago I haven't barely driven just due to work but then it came on and I drove for 40 mins whilst it said cleaning but didn't do it now adblue is back on and says it's over limit please any help?? Previous to turbo never had a problem with the dpf or it ever came up saying it. Thanks
