No power to dash, won’t start

Hi

Very new here, I have a 2019 custom limited (auto), just turned over 30k miles, wife went to go out in it today and on turning the key nothing, dash is void of any lights won’t start, although the milage is being displayed, no power to centre console either. Interior lights work as do head lights, indicators etc. it’s not the battery, have had it on diagnostic and appears there is no communication to dash, has anyone had an experience of anything similar? First point of call will be fuses but after that I’m unsure what to take as next step.
