Exhaust gas tempeture bank 1 sensors 3and4

Hi there guys can any of you shed any light on why my exhaust gas temps for sensors 3 and 4 are reading -40 ? this is on a 2018 2.0 ecoblue engine I am having the van go into low power mode but without the EML coming on. I just get a service required message displayed.

i did a search here and come up with:

You only have 2 exhaust sensors installed ...which are labelled 1 and 2 ...so 3 and 4 are redundant/ not used, extra places, spare places in the software ...and -40 is computer speak for no signal .

service required..could mean anything ........you are going top have to plug in a code reader to find out?

Thanks for the quick reply I have had a code reader on the van and have a P126C-11 which you probally know is injector number 3 fault but there is a lot of talk about different things that it also could be so just trying to get this problem sorted

faulty injectors ..some replaced under warranty.
