ford transit custom dpf regeneration keeps aborting

Hi guys
Firstly i have already posted this in the technical section but have just seen this mk8 section so maybe this problem may of been experienced on here by someone.
i have a 15 plate ford transit custom that has recent dpf problems.
first it wouldnt regenerate and it came back as been 140% blocked so a dpf specialist cleaning company where used and it was cleaned back to near 0%.
3 weeks and just over 100 miles later the drive to clean dpf message came up on the dash so i took it to t0 my local garage and it scanned as 114% bocked.
The garage had numerous attempts at a regeneration and all failed.
during my first set of dpf problems the diesel used to regenerate was not igniting and was therefor going into my oil sump and due to constant driving attempts at regeneration failing my oil level became high due to diesel contamination.
recently i have had a new egr valve and a temp sensor.
Other noted problems are very poor fuel economy and obvious tinny sounds from exhaust.
any help woud be greatly appreciated

what i meant was that after the specialist dpf cleaning company cleaned my dpf to nearly 0% i only travelled just over 100 miles in 3 weeks and it was already 114% blocked
again and wont regenerate at my local garage

But were those 100miles in 3 hours after the van had been sitting for 2.5 weeks or does it only travel 4.5 miles a day?

sorry no i was working very close to my home so only travelled this distance over 3 weeks so basically in this short time my dpf went from 0 to 114% blocked

I’m not suprised tbh, nothing is going to get hot in that distance, unless you use an unusually low gear for the journey.

Are there any faults showing up Has the garage checked the fuses
Mike is correct but it should do a static regen

Many thanks guys for response.
previously i was driving it at 3000rpms for over 40 mins and regeneration attempts where failing which is where the excess diesel in my oil occurred.
All involved do not think a dpf would block to 114% in 100 miles withou
t there been a hidden problem.
the only fault was the temp sensor which has been replaced.
Not sure if fuses have been checked do you have any exprience or advice on this one please.Static regen is failing each time

If its not doing a static there is a fault Have you a handbook 99% certain the fuse is in the fusebox under the bonnet but there are numerous other fuseboxes scattered about under the dash that you may need a trained mouse with a torch and mirror to find

do you have an idea of which fuses to check for??

It will be glow plug ,dpf , vapouriser related in the text I have only done one so cant remember

will do this in the morning there is 1 fuse that does glow plug relay/heated oxygen sensor/fuel vaporiser system fuel pump and econetic coolant valve relay.
If a fuse is blown would it not show up on the snap on diagnostics at garage?

Snap on didnt show it on the one I had It just wouldnt do a regen so I checked the fuse and hey presto u la la

thats amazing would a visual check show if the 15a fuse was blown or do i need a multi meter.

A visual check should be enough but you will have to remove it
