Mk8 transit turn over like has no compression

Hi I have a transit mk8 on a 2017 2.0 eco blue

I went out to move it start ok move Forward and engine cut it tried to restart sounded like had no compression Like the wet belt had snap
Stripped engine down to found that the belt was all fine and all it time took the head off pistons are all fine hydraulic lifters are all fine put it all back together. When starting it up after putting back together it started for 5 seconds and cut out and it sound like it has no compression

Hi mate was reading your post about low compression I have got exactly the same on my custom, has anyone posted back to you with any likely causes. Thanks john

I have the same issue same year van on 40000 new belt last year and exactly the same scenario.
