2.2 Transit engine failure

My 2.2 diesel Transit engine failed.
have found to cause and it appears to that the piston oil squirter was blocked.
When cleaning all components a small rubber piece was found. It looks like it's from a simple one way valve.
Does anyone know where this piece is from?

Could the orange thing be one of these -

picture huge - scroll around and look at the top of the picture, look at arrows, where they are pointing - it's 2.2 rocker cover on ebay

They go in the rocker cover, they are some sort of one way valve for the crankcase ventilation.

Thank you again
You guys were correct that they come from rocker/valve cover

The other 2 diaphragms were found resting in the head.
All three are damaged. Probably from driving the van with hole in piston 10kms to get cell reception.
I can also confirm that it was injector failure that caused the piston damage.
Are the diaphragms available from another supplier as well as Klifex?
Can purchase them from Ebay/Klifex and was wondering about our peoples experience with Klifex.
Doesn't help that I'm in New Zealand and they will take a while to get here.

no idea, yesterday-when you put the first post up,..i just searched ebay for possible locations of that gizmo ..i started out looking at the breather system ..nothing, then moved to the rocker cover ..found in a couple of mins.

i was thinking you would have to buy a new rocker cover to get them.
