Hi Guys and Girls,

I've got a reasonably tidy 1986 Mk2 swb, which I love. It's a 1.6 petrol 5 door in red (burnt orange).
I've had it a couple of years now, but am new on here. I found this and the Transit Club while looking for a County (just missed one, and not willing to fork out £20k for the Mk2 swb on fleabay!), and you seem my kind of crazy so I signed up!
(The Green Goddess bunch also fit that criteria!)

I'll keep looking, one will show up somewhere.

In the meantime, I'l dip in and out of forum chat, and may even comment here and there! None of mine are trailer queens, but I don't like to subject them to winter salt if I don't have to, so where mine was easily a daily in summer, she'll be laid up over winter, indoors, unless i need a van for something...

Thanks for the add, keep up the good work.

Hi Guys,

I have increased my fleet to include a Mk5 Smiley County.

Absolutely loving it so far (Mrs is less enthusiastic). Only minor niggles so far, as to be expected with a new purchase.

I have asked the 4x4 guys re a few small niggles, which I'm sure will get picked up on there :)

It drives surprisingly well for such a tall van. If I work out how to upload pictures I will.
