Ford A series Fire Engine Value

Postby miniracer » Tue Jan 25, 2011 11:07 pm

Hi Guys,

Bit of a vague question this , but I have the chance of buying an A series Fire engine from my place of work, could any body put me in the right ballpark for value.

I know it's in really nice condition, its running a V6 petrol with 17.000miles from new.

Welcome to the forum mate.
Any chance of some pictures so we can drool/give an opinion on value.
Is it 2 0r 4 wheel drive? Reynolds Boughton conversion?
Complete with hoses pumps etc.?
Tell us more......
1994 County 190
1995 County 190 (broke).......things afoot

Hey,

On Ebay, last September, an A0609 Fire Engine was sold for 1771 Pounds.
Got some pics of it, could mail them to you ...

Welcome to the forum. As always with us on here, we love to see pictures. Any pictures you have of your A series, specification, running gear arrangement or history always appreciated.
Have transit county and RB44 myself.

Go to Board Index/galleries/members galleries and it will tell you all about Photobucket and Imageshack. Remember not to remove image from Photobucket as it will also disappear from the site.
Try and see! Have a play!

Welkom FFE,

Do you have a 4WD version?

I myself own a 0609 delivery version with high window and polyester nose.
Original with the 6 cylinder York 3,5 but dat has been swopped by a pre owner for a 4 cylinder Turbo Diesel.

Grtz
