Personally, I wouldn't bloody say anything.
But, you should tell them all of the details, it's highly unlikely they will be familiar with the engine components like, but an auto box swap to manual is a little tricky to get away with. If checked.
99% of the time it won't be checked or even noticed.
But if you tell them everything then there's no cone back.
If you tell them the carbs are different then they'll assume that you've done it for performance purposes and that will be a reason to bump up the premiums.
But I expect that the engine it's 73ps or whatever it was back in the day??
All you can do it get a quote including modifications.
Engineers reports seem to be getting popular but I think mainly for structural reasons mostly, maybe country specific?
Just my thoughts, I'm not an expert on campers though.
