Changing bulbs 2015 connect number plate

Hi, I need help in changing the bulbs for my rear number plate, in the manual it says these bulbs are not accessible and a dealer needs to do it?!? I have just the 2 black blocks on the rear door above the plate but need advice accessing these, thanks

Thanks for the YouTube links, mine is the middle video, but it doesn’t show you how to remove them from the bodywork which is annoying

All sorted now, was just a matter of a small flat headed screwdriver and popping off
