Interior upgrades

I have probably the most basic 2014 connect I believe and wanting to change as much as I can.

If I buy a new steering wheel with cruise button on the lower left and up/down buttons on the mid left would that then activate, with forscan, cruise control and then be able to change through screens next yo the speedo to see mpg etc?

Looking also at a screen to replace the radio and see a website with an apple carplay display, any advice or problems anyone has encountered?
