MPH / revs dials reading incorrectly (I’m an idiot)

Hope I’m posting in the right section.

So my my issue is I took my clocks apart to change the standard green LEDs to blue ones (I’ve messed this up too and only half work now but that’s a different story)

When I’ve put the needles back on I’ve clearly fudged the MPH and rev counter ones and the readings are incorrect. Is there a way of me finding out where the needles should be if I take them off and put them back on again or is it just trial and error?

follow this here ..but instead of turning a switch on and off, you will have the clocks hanging out and plugged in with the face off, you would be turning the ignition on and off..instead of using a switch, well that's how it looks to me .
