2003 VH Transit 2.4 (DOFA) RWD EDC Transistors

Gday trendsetters, I have an 03 Transit 2.4 DOFA RWD. I am about to do the EDC Transistor and asking for actual part numbers, have read quiet a few posts and youtubes, however i am seeing different transistor numbers, IRLR3110ZPBF, IRLR2905PBF N-Type and IRLR3100z. Any advice would be appreciated
