Loom for a heated seat maybe..??

Cant see any connection for it… its a 2008 tipper doesn’t have option for heated seats

Most vehicles will have a loom with many connectors that aren't used depending on the spec level of the model.

What Redvee said. Most Transits have common looms which may fit many different models, not all accessories are fitted to all vehicles.

If Ford made an individual loom for every variant of each model, there would literally be many dozens of looms. As an example, my van has looms and connectors for fog lights, heated seat, heated screen & heated mirrors, speakers in the back, rear wipers etc..etc.. But I don't have any of these accessories fitted.

So Ford made just a few different looms which will work for all variants.
