centre caps

Postby gasman » Tue Oct 30, 2018 9:10 pm

Hi, I have a 1995 Transit 80 swb van 14 inch standard wheels
It has the plastic centre caps and plastic nut covers 19mm
I want to fit the dished plastic hub cap 213mm to my wheels
Does anyone know if they will fit? There seems to be a snap ring and 5 locating lugs on the hub cap but I can't see where these fit.
A set is not cheap so I am trying to find this out before I purchase
Thanks in advance

If you mean these, they clip over the wheel nuts

Those hubcaps for 15" wheels, have a spring ring around inside of hubcap, they clip over the washers used on 15" rim wheelnuts.

The ones you want,in that pic, for 14" rims are different, there's 5 pins with clips on the end, these click into the 5 smaller holes in centre of a 14" wheel.
