Problem finding a part

I have a Ford Transit motorhome automatic 
- 1991 I need an accelerator cable with kickdown sensor part 6201144 I can't find one anywhere
So
1. Does anyone recommend where to try when looking for this part .
2. Does anyone know someone who can fix my old cable.
3. Does anyone know someone who can make a cable to do the job.
4. Does anyone have another suggestion what to do .
