This is as close as you'll get. Fawn is an odd colour, having been used, dropped, re introduced and there are other colours in the 60 's Ford range that are almost identical ie Morroco Beige and Chateau Grey(yes i know its nothing like grey) are both very close shade wise, but were not used on Ford Commercials during the early 60's afaik.

it was parked up near me for years - i went to see about buying it and he said he'd take £250 i left it for a while as i had no space to keep it when i went back months later he'd sold it somone else the day before :(

i think it will have been scrapped now as it was really bad but you never know :!: it was a E-reg 1967 :)

Yes looks like it to me. I had a scrap Anglia van a couple of years ago looked just like that colour wise. Was a very faded Fawn according to info plate, and had been stood in a field for many many years.

shame you missed that luke, it look like it had potential - and it had the original hubcaps

i missed a lwb 67 minibus converted to a van for £1500 but i diddnt have anywhere to put it at the time :roll:
if we could turn back time aye :lol:

tell me about it :lol: he'd even sold it for £200 aswell :lol:

he told me a guy in parkgate bought it so i drove round parkgate for an hour looking for it but never found it :(

and yeah it'd got all 4 hubcaps in good nick :!:

talking of hubcaps - i think i should go back to where this pic was taken and pick up that transit mk1 hubcap - i was a fool not to do it when i was there :roll:

finally we can see what the colours look like - i saw this brochure so i bought it -
the colours especially the blues have come out darker because of scanning them in but you get a rough idea

what colour do you think this is? looks like a kind of metalic zepher green if you know what i mean...also beige seats in a van? most ive seen are black?

Yes they had a Light Tan trim and 2 other colours on the early vans 8) :lol:
