Yes and the neighbours have started to shun me when I pass them in the street, no more tipping of hats and invites to house parties. They showed me what would happen if I continue down this path, oh it was very unpleasant, it was another neighbour with a slightly older van and they stripped him naked and covered him in tar and fathers then they walked him out of the street and I've not seen him since
His van got sent to the wreckers and there's a new family living in his house with an 18 reg ducato bit of a sideways step like

Might get a private reg plate and upgrade the front bumper.

Just bought 2 power steering pipe o ring seals and a pass pump pulley all delivered for just under 50 quid.

And I still have 4 days warranty

Got my power steering 'kit' which is seals, 1 green and I have 3 or 4 other seals, i looked on catcar and it only shows where 2 of the seals go, which is the 2 pipes going into the rack

Right so I had 3 black and 1 green, on the van there's 2 black on 1 pipe and 1 blue on the other the green is bigger than the blue a bit and when I fit it I can't fit the pipe because the o ring squashes down the side, next is another black that sits the same as the blue did, fitted all that and used instant gasket but it is still dripping ffs

Erm it is a leak that eventually turns into a drip in accordance with the laws of physics, so its a minor danger then?.

Warranty runs out on Tuesday

Stick a bit of duct tape over the leaking drip why's a 3 year old van leaking/dripping vital fluids?

The pipes just have tiny o rings on then and they push into the rack then a plate holds them in with a bolt. They are loose ish fit and not compression, they've given me the wrong or useless seals. I even put instant gasket on it it isn't high pressure I don't think but w*** of a job

Might buy a new pipe, £50 ebay.

Ah rightyho I get it now its pas fluid innit, would fitting a different O ring work? I have a box of assorted size O rings, never bloody used one yet

3 years old is like 21 in van years isn't it

Unfortunately a brand new o ring and a clean up didn't cut the mustard so i took the extreme measure of giving it some help.
Also hasn't worked, it's like the o ring isn't big enough to bridge the gap.

So I drove to work to meet not 1 but 2 high roof customs, I asked if I can open the factory then move the wagon out then back my van in then they drove their van in, was cold and windy out see.
Did all that and the guy said, wrong window mate sorry

They have to get Ford glass due to me having the front camera.

Next Friday it is then

Mot is on Monday and warranty runs out on Tuesday.
