Patient is my Transit mk2 camper, fitted 2.5 TD.
Engine was rebuilded
New pistons (over bore +0.25)
New injectors
Cylinder head rebuilded
Turbo hybrid
New crankshaf bearings
New oil pump
Ect.
Also - the pump is Bosch, but with the top from Ducato 1.9TD with LDA. All was set up on factory settings.
Result poor. Bost pressure max 0.6 bar. No smoke. 0.6 with and without load.
I added fuel by screw on pump. Full.
Result poor. No smoke no bost 0.6 bar
I found leakage in intake, fixed.
Result: poor. No bost 0.6 bar (full load) no smoke
I changed spring in LDA unit for one from vw 1.9td
Result poor still 0.6 bar
I've adjusted the nut under the spring of LDA for max.
No result. 0.6 bar
Any concept where the power is
?Looks like the pump is not supply with fuel.
Should I change more components in pump to make it feeding proper ?
Like the posiiton 29,68,453,31?
