Seat Belt Stalk Needed

I need one of those long seat belt stalks that bolt into seat/floor mounting
56 plate 6Speed RWD Mk7 2.4TDCI LWB Transit Minibus with half the seats removed.
Plenty room for kids, surf boards, fishing rods and all the dogs!

No problem! Sounds like you're looking for a seat belt extension bracket. These are typically metal bars that bolt to the floor or seat and extend the reach of the seat belt buckle.
